Small surface spider veins without symptoms. Often treated with sclerotherapy. Generally not covered by insurance.

View Wound Care detailsNew Service
Miami Vein Institute now provides specialized wound care for patients with chronic, slow-healing, and non-healing wounds. Our team evaluates both the wound itself and the underlying circulation issues that may be preventing proper healing.
Many chronic wounds, especially wounds on the legs and ankles, may be related to venous disease or poor circulation. Our integrated approach allows us to treat the wound while also evaluating the possible vascular cause.
